Paul’s career has spanned finance, ecommerce and telecommunications, including senior roles with Allianz, Kaidee and OneDegree. He’s built and led global tech teams, navigated complex regulatory landscapes, and knows what it takes to transform big ideas into powerful, scalable products.

JADE DICKIE
Operations – Projects
Jade is a seasoned operations professional with a proven track record in auditing, leadership, and project management. At Audit My Payroll, she leads major operational initiatives, with a key focus on developing and delivering educational video content—most notably the Payroll Culture Hub’s knowledge library.
In her previous role as Audit Team Manager, Jade was responsible for overseeing payroll audits and compliance reviews, applying her deep understanding of payroll systems and employment frameworks. Prior to entering the payroll compliance space, Jade spent over seven years in the banking sector, where she specialised in home loan investigations and account audits.
Her leadership experience includes over two years as a CEO, during which she directed a complex wage audit involving more than 150 employees. Additionally, Jade brings more than three years of board-level experience, contributing strategic insight and governance expertise that enrich her operational perspective.

CHRIS DICKIE
Operations
With over three years of experience in directorship and operational leadership within the NDIS sector, Chris brings a strong foundation in both strategic management and day-to-day operations. Having worked across multiple states in a senior leadership role for a large NDIS provider, he has hands-on experience navigating the complexities of service delivery, workforce management, and award interpretation.
Chris played a key role in managing a large-scale underpayment audit, giving him invaluable insight into payroll compliance and risk mitigation. His expertise spans complex modern awards and employment frameworks, making him a vital resource for ensuring operational and compliance integrity.
Known for his approachable leadership style and people-first attitude, Chris excels in customer service management and team engagement. His ability to balance compliance with compassion makes him a trusted leader in both internal operations and client-facing roles.

With over 30 years of payroll experience, Pnina Bastin is passionate about simplifying compliance and empowering businesses with smarter solutions. Her expertise spans payroll management, compliance, and system optimisation across Australia and New Zealand.
Pnina has a proven ability to navigate complex Awards and Agreements, lead payroll projects, and manage transitions like mergers, acquisitions, and software implementations. She has worked with organisations including Employment Hero, Life Without Barriers, and CoreLogic, honing her skills in streamlining processes and solving intricate challenges.
As Product Owner for The Auditer, Pnina combines her technical knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and detail-oriented approach to deliver reliable, effective solutions. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to helping clients build trust and confidence in their payroll systems make her an invaluable part of Audit My Payroll.
